I do send pictures to customers to confirm the item is acceptable and satisfactory upon shipping. If in the event you are not satisfied i can only refund 50% of your order. If the item is damaged in the care of USPS please email me and we can discuss options.If you chose the wrong size or gave me the wrong information, I am not responsible after starting/ completion.
